About Adam
From laying my first brick to managing entire structural projects across Manchester, my journey in construction has been nothing short of an adventure.
I started as a bricklayer, but let’s be honest—I was never just a “brick-and-mortar” guy. It didn’t take long before I worked my way into a site manager role, where I spotted opportunities—and, let’s face it, a fair few disasters that come with the trade.
That’s when I had a lightbulb moment—why not build something truly great? Not just structural projects, but a company built on trust, craftsmanship, and client satisfaction.
So, I took the leap and launched Guardian Structural Ltd., specializing in structural modifications, RSJ installations, and load-bearing wall removals. My goal?
To be the go-to name for structural excellence in Manchester.
With over 15 years of hands-on experience, I transitioned from general construction into specialist structural work—where, frankly, many companies struggle. But failure was never an option. I refined my craft, built an expert team, and today, I’m proud to say that Guardian Structural Ltd. is one of Manchester’s highest-rated structural specialists.
The best part? Seeing a project come together perfectly and knowing our clients can now enjoy their dream space—safe, secure, and built to last.

About – Julia Aleksina

My journey with Guardian Structural Ltd started in a way I never expected—as a client. After hiring the team for a wall removal and external opening project, I was fascinated by how they worked. Seeing the team analyse designs, navigate complex structural challenges, and problem-solve on the spot made me realize that I wanted to be part of something this dynamic.
Fast forward, and here I am—leading project management, client relations, and ensuring smooth on-site execution.
Working alongside our team, I’ve developed a deep understanding of structural work, including how to read structural engineer designs, coordinate teams on-site, and manage daily communication with clients. Along the way, I even picked up plumbing skills and now handle most of the plumbing work across our projects.
What I love most about my role?
Every day is different. Each project brings its own set of challenges, and solving them gives me a sense of pride and fulfilment. Seeing our work come to life—knowing we’ve helped clients transform their space into something better, safer, and stronger—is incredibly rewarding.
